Job Overview:
We are seeking a "Lead Coordinator" with a strong background in sales coordination and experience using HubSpot CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing our lead sources, ensuring our sales department operates efficiently. The primary goal is to streamline the sales process so that sales representatives can focus on calling and closing deals with minimal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize lead sources in HubSpot, creating dynamic and static lists for assignment to individual salespeople.
- Assign curated lead lists to individual salespeople, ensuring seamless lead distribution.
- Develop and maintain a calendar to track sales team call schedules, holding salespeople accountable for daily call targets.
- Manage daily calling efforts for each salesperson, ensuring they meet their goals.
- Provide a ready-to-call lead list to each salesperson, allowing them to focus solely on calling with minimal preparation.
- Act as the primary coordinator for the sales department, simplifying and optimizing the lead management process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including creating and managing lead lists.
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently sort and assign leads.
- Ability to create and maintain a calendar to track call activities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with sales teams.
- Previous experience in a finance or lending environment is preferred.
