Job Summary:

Provide receptionist/hospitality services for clients at their site.  

Essential Job Responsibilities


  • Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office


  • Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person


  • Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable


  • Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner


  • Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area


  • Order and stock supplies as needed


  • Perform other administrative duties as requested


  • Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office, answering telephone calls as needed, and taking accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable.

  • Responsible for all guest registration and entry to the firm, promptly greeting all incoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, and guiding guests to meeting spaces as needed

  • Maintains a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area.

  • Assists with Hospitality team administrative tasks, including placing catering orders, expense reporting, restaurant reservations, and other related tasks.

  • Assists the hospitality manager with meeting support, social event planning, and other related duties.

  • Supports the reception area Barista Bar as needed.

  • Order and stock supplies as needed.

  • Performs other administrative duties as requested.

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Work onsite at1101 K Street NW, Washington, DC 20005 everyday.

  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Minimum of 2 year work experience preferably as a Receptionist


  • Previous experience in a client service field preferred


  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail


  • Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy


  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
