Job Description:

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to assist in responding to client due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and/or security risk assessments. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Manager of Compliance and collaboratively with internal teams to support the delivery of high quality and thorough assessment responses.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to write with an artistic and creative flair and be able to demonstrate strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with collating and responding to client assessments

  • Effectively coordinate and work with globally located Subject Matter Experts to ensure responses are accurate, consistent, compelling and available within required timeframes

  • Collect and provide supporting documentation/evidence

  • Perform recurring quality control checks and updates on response library and other repositories often utilized in response development.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining procedures manuals and policies for the assessment response process


  • Perform compliance assessments to determine if business systems are aligned with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and leading practices and to internal policy and procedures.

  • Implement programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with applicable contractual, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements

  • Maintain policies and procedures to foster a culture that supports and exhibits a commitment to Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Information Security best practices.

  • Supports external audit by identifying requirements, communicating deliverables needed, collecting data and tracking progress

  • Support implementation of educational training programs to ensure associates are knowledgeable about the Compliance Programs

  • Liaison for 3rd party auditors

Requirements:


  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Internet and web-based databases

  • Project management experience

  • Experience in Compliance, Privacy, technology and/or cybersecurity is a plus.


  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal; ability to interface and communicate with employees at all levels and across the company globally

The Compensation range for this role is 52,557.30 - 105,114.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
