This position is on-site out of our San Antonio Corporate Office.


Hourly Rate: $21 - $22/hour + up to 6% Bonus Eligibility

In this rewarding role, you will:



  • Coordinate with multiple business partners for scheduling MCO events nationwide. 

  • Occasionally coordinate with regional utilization manager for scheduling requirements.

  • Effectively manage electronic confirmation systems in order to meeting provider needs and organizational goals (e.g., eMessenger, When I Work, ACD, CRM, etc.)


You must have:



  • A High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)

  • Experience in assigning Medical Assistance and Radiology Technicians to MCO and NOMAD events 

  • 1 to 3 years experience as a medical event scheduler 

  • Experience in obtaining and confirming hotel venues and time share 

  • An ability to work in a fast pace healthcare setting 

  • An ability to successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
