Job Description:

Position: Legal Administrative Assistant



Location: Manchester, NH



Type: Full Time - Direct Hire



Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)



Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually



Overview:



We are seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Assistant with 2-3 years of experience in corporate and real estate law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.



What You'll Do:



• Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents related to corporate transactions, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings


• Manage and organize legal documents, files, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm protocols


• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls for attorneys and clients, and maintain calendars and schedules


• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters, both orally and in writing


• Assist with due diligence activities for corporate transactions and real estate transactions, including document review and analysis


• Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing expense reports, managing billing processes, and handling general office tasks



What You'll Need:



• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in a corporate or real estate law practice


• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology, with specific expertise in corporate and real estate law


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively


• Ability to travel to Concord, NH at least 1x weekly
