Title: Inventory Controller I / II
Reports to: Retail Manager, KIC Logistics
Location: Kotzebue, AK
FSLA: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining inventory control and conducting daily and monthly reports for KIC Logistics. This will require consistent inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory counts in Epicor management system. Must receive incoming freight and put onto sale floor in an efficient manner. Must work proficiently with KICL Administrative Assistant to ensure inventory is properly received and finalized in P.O.S. system.
This position assists with daily operation of sales of all store products. Must have a commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction with efficient services, all while ensuring that each customer is satisfied with their services and product received. Must present a friendly and professional image of the company through face to face and telephonic interaction.
