- Plan, organize and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from estimating handoff to successful completion.
- Review, understand, and comply with all contract documents to manage and protect DDL's risk including managing schedule, meeting notification provisions, understanding and managing client expectations, documenting change proposals/orders timely, managing scope, billing, contract schedules, claims procedures and other contract requirements.
- Plan, monitor, and forecast project financials including projections, managing labor budgets, and report to Island Manager to ensure work progress and budget compliance.
- Coordinating and managing the project team. This role requires extensive planning and working as a team
- Control, collect and disseminate all project documentation.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with the general contractor, A&E team, owner, subcontractors, various company divisions and other key participants
**Pay is commensurate with experience. **
Position Requirements- 7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, or Construction Manager
- Experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and Fire Protection required
- Experience with Federal Contracting and experience with US ACOE, NAVFAC preferred
- Understanding and experience with FAR contracting rules and regulations
- Comfortable supervising multifaceted projects at the same time and to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
- Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Office Suite experience required
- AutoDesk Build experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Team Oriented with high integrity
- Relocation to Guam, U.S.A.
