The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for the development, coordination and oversight of quality control programs in an industrial manufacturing setting.

Job Responsibilities:
Creates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates with other departments to ensure efficiency and reliability, whilst minimizing costs
Compiles and analyzes data and product specifications to establish proposed quality and reliability expectations of the finished product
Effectively communicate and enforce corporate policies and safety regulations
Develops, promotes and organizes training activity related to product quality and reliability
Directs and oversees inspection and testing to ensure continuous control of product quality
Participate in planning production scheduling and manufacturing operations
Reviews customer complaints to related to quality of products
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
7-10 years of manufacturing experience in CNC machining
3+ years of quality control supervisory or management experience
Experience working in an ISO or AISC environment
Thorough understanding of manufacturing and quality principles as they relate to manufacturing and fabrication
