CBTS is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a position located in Cincinnati, OH.
The Project Coordinator will manage multiple projects, provide documentation and stake holder management. Raising escalations and tracking day-to-day items with stakeholders related to certain projects.
Responsibilities:
Record minutes at meetings, keep detailed project notes and records as well as creating project schedules and task lists.
Monitor project progress, budget, hours and highlight any potential risks.
Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency, work with and manage supplier relationships in the delivery of projects and services.
Documentation, Process
Change management/requests
Discovery on technical issues
Monitoring stats
Daily calls
Analyze where the network team is on ticket count, volume, fluctuations on tickets
Qualifications:
Skilled at coordinating multiple concurrent projects
Smartsheet experience
Project administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A good technical understanding
Administrative skills with attention to details
