Job Summary: As a Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of integrated advertising and marketing campaigns from concept to completion. You will work closely with creative teams, account managers, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Your ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage integrated advertising and marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential projects.
Coordinate and communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Manage the creative process, including concept development, design, and production.
Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
Identify potential risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and outcomes for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising agency.
Strong understanding of integrated advertising and marketing campaigns.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
