We are searching for a Project Coordinator (Bus Prof) for a 1 yr. contract assignment. The client is moving into a new headquarter office in Denver, CO next summer. They have a lot of hard copy documentation that needs to be filed and/or scanned and filed electronically before the move because the new building is not going to have adequate space for storage.
The expectation is that this person will be in the office 5 days per week, performing a lot of scanning. The person will also be responsible for moving hard copies to shredding bin once electronic file has been completed. The person will be working within a team of 4 other Project Coordinators who can assist with answering questions/assist with scanning.
Location: Denver, CO
Responsibilities • Will be responsible for going into the documents library to pull documents to scan. • Will be looking documents up in database to see if it already exists. If it already exists, they will review the document for quality to ensure that all content is there, it is legible on scan, etc. • If the file does not exist in the database, resource will start scanning the new file. • Will review the scanned file for accuracy.
Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent • Must have at least 1 yr. office experience. • Attention to detail is key in this role; quality over quantity. • Must have a meticulous mindset and focus at the task at hand. • There is a physical aspect to this role as the person will be up/away from their desk, standing at scanner, moving drawings around, walking, carrying - • Dress code - Jeans and plain cotton shirt or polo, business casual. • Sneakers are permitted.
