Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and agency capabilities.
  • Coordinate resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to support project execution.

Timeline and Budget Management:
  • Monitor project timelines closely, identifying and addressing potential delays or roadblocks proactively.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and budget status.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear communication, professionalism, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet client briefs and agency standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address any feedback or revisions promptly, maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional work.

Team Collaboration:
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Act as a liaison between creative, account management, and production teams, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management within an advertising agency or related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira), WordPress
  • Understanding of social media campaign process
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
