Litigation Support Department provides eDiscovery and Project Management services to the Firm's Litigation section utilizing tools and technologies to assist with collection, processing, review, and TAR for client data. This person will manage the full litigation life cycle including eDiscovery and document review.
Most Important Responsibilities :
with attorneys, legal teams, and clients to develop identification, preservation, and collection protocols in connection with litigation and regulatory matters.
legal teams with the development and use of data analytics.
document review projects.
analyze, and report metrics of large collections of data.
and keep apprised of case law developments in eDiscovery and litigation technology.
closely with legal teams to assist in the setup and management of eDiscovery databases for document review, analysis, and production.
data for loading, processing, review, and production by the technical team.
with legal teams to apply AI and sampling to reduce the overall cost of eDiscovery in dispute matters.
the firm in training lawyers on eDiscovery and case management platforms.
presentations and prepare legal teams for trial and help effectively educate jurors on case specifics.
What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:
Degree Required
certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 1 year of the hire date (Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists)
of litigation technology, including strong eDiscovery experience
to work effectively under hard deadlines and high-pressure situations including ability to run hot-seat for trials.
