This is an entry-level non-exempt full-time (40 hours/week) position that reports to the Marketing Communications Manager and supports Sales and Marketing activities under their direction. The ideal candidate:

Responsibilities:
management of all upcoming and ongoing projects.
and implement online, email, and physical mail marketing initiatives.
in the design, development, and distribution of content marketing deliverables.
in monitoring online marketing and social media trends and best practices.
and assist in the creation of graphics and illustrative copy.
in key events.
support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, tradeshow support, and managing sales and marketing software tools.
Qualifications:
degree in business, marketing, or communications, OR minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/marketing role
proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
proficient in EITHER Canva OR Adobe Creative Suite
with social media tools
with CMS and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics) a plus
