RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Customer Service


• Processing customer transactions


• Creating and maintaining live plant displays


• Ordering and receiving merchandise


• Loading customer purchases


• Merchandising and maintaining store standards


• Minimize shrink through accurate inventory management


• Other duties may be assigned by Store Manager as necessary


• Load customers correctly      


• Within Store, stock products and maintain store cleanliness

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Prior work history or education in horticulture


• Experience with controlled environment agriculture


• Retail or customer service experience


• Ability to work with general direction and minimal guidance


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Ability to Lift 50 pounds
