Responsibilities:
Manage monthly close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Support VP Finance in establishing and maintaining financial policies, procedures, controls, and metrics
Drive organizational improvement by working cross-functionally with personnel throughout the business
Provide analytical support regarding production metrics
Present financial results and recommendations to leaders
Support internal and external auditors, ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years of cost accounting (required)
1+ years of leadership experience (required)
US Person (required)
Working knowledge of Tier 1 ERP systems, Power BI, SQL, Infor Syteline, and Excel (required)
CPA, CMA, or MBA
Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
