Air Reps is seeking to hire an HVAC Service Sales professional for our Lake Oswego, OR office. This induvial will build customer relationships, follow up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities. You will identify prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing client relationships and generate new business.
  • Prospect and network with clients.
  • Present and sell company products & services.
  • Create and deliver customer-focused presentations.
  • Provide post-sales customer support.
  • Manage sales channels, establish and maintain key relationships with customers, and meet sales targets.
  • Travel to current and prospective client locations within territory (including cold-calls).
  • Organize & track information using MS Office and CRM/ ERP systems.
  • Secure and maintain professional relationships with both Owner direct as well as indirect customers using our services.
  • Responsible for financial planning for repairs and replacement services.
  • Maintain relationships as well as sell products and services while also maintaining reasonable margins and future business.
  • Will follow near-term as well as long term goals to support growth targets and sales in specific areas (including but not limited to; New Customers, New Maintenance Contracts, Projects, and ongoing service repairs.)

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 programs, Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills including public speaking, presentations, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to generate and read proposals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience/ability to develop new business strongly preferred.
  • Works within well-defined instructions.
  • Uses established procedures and works under supervision to perform assigned tasks.
  • Work is closely supervised.
  • Demonstrated ability in identifying and developing new business.
  • Possess an optimistic outlook with the ability to listen and ask questions with ease. (Must be able to handle rejection, develop strong relationships, and have a consultative selling style.)
  • Proven ability in cold-calling (including reaching decision makers, value selling, handling objections, as well as setting, reaching, and maintaining high success goals).
  • Adaptable, unafraid of new technology, goal-oriented, and organized.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.
  • High school Diploma
  • Sales Certification or Marketing degree preferred
