This position requires a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, a background in Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning: Develop and implement customized financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, taking into account their unique goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
Investment Advisory: Provide expert investment advice and portfolio management services, including asset allocation, manager selection, and ongoing monitoring of investment performance.
Estate Planning: Collaborate with clients and their legal advisors to develop comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and other wealth transfer strategies.
Tax Planning: Work closely with clients and tax professionals to optimize tax efficiency across their financial affairs, including income tax planning, estate tax planning, and charitable giving strategies.
Retirement Planning: Help clients plan for a secure and comfortable retirement by analyzing retirement income needs, optimizing Social Security benefits, and recommending retirement savings strategies.
Risk Management: Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate risk management solutions, including life insurance, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
Continuing Education: Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning and investment management through ongoing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Certified Financial Planner (CFP): Must hold a valid CFP designation.
RIA Firm Experience: Previous experience working in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm is required.
Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
