We are in search of an Architecture Healthcare Practice Leader/Vice President to join our dynamic team in our Boston, Massachusetts Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate corporate leadership through business development skills and strategies for growth and market advancement.
  • Contribute to the development of the practice's vision and direction.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders on business development activities.
  • Lead major proposal preparations and identify new client opportunities.
  • Engage in business, technical, and civic activities to support business initiatives.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the studio/practice.
  • Manage multi-disciplined teams and provide senior-level leadership for successful projects.
  • Ensure design quality and technical leadership, and maintain company standards and guidelines.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to the practice area.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
  • 15-20+ years of U.S. experience in building design and construction document preparation.
  • Licensed Architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Experience in pursuing clients and projects in Healthcare and Public Sector.
  • Client following highly desired.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Local Building Codes.
  • Strong conceptual, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
