Job Description:

Williams Form Engineering has been a leader in manufacturing quality products for the Construction and Fastener Industries for over 80 years. Our construction products are divided into three main categories: Concrete Forming Hardware and Accessories; Rock and Concrete Anchor Bolts; and Post Tensioning Systems. We design and manufacture these products with pride and provide them at fair marketable prices. Each product line is complete with engineering, installation, and testing equipment with onsite technical support available. Description

Williams Form Engineering is looking for a technically trained, motivated individual to handle sales related to the Civil Engineering international markets exclusive of the US and Canada. This position is based out of one of our US facilities PA, GA, MI, OR, CO, or CA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand and demonstrate Williams’ products and services to our customers.
  • Achieve and maintain good relationships with customers to give them the best possible service and encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Process telephone/email requests for price quotations.
  • Perform material take offs from plans and specifications.
  • Determining costs, applying markups, ensuring margins, and working with Purchasing as needed.
  • Enter/update customer information and create quotes and orders in Epicor ERP.
  • Manage orders by communicating regularly with management regarding problems or issues impacting production or ship dates.
  • Prepare paperwork for credits/debits.
  • Limited travel outside U.S.

Qualifications:

  • Four Year College Degree in related field (Engineering, Contruction Management, Business or similar).
  • Typing skills and computer software knowledge such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a business computing environment - Epicor preferred.
  • Good organizational and learning skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Construction and/or Project Management experience is preferred.
