Job Description:

Join Ricoh, an integrated solutions provider and partner that empowers digital workplaces and delivers innovation for businesses worldwide. The Production Print Executive (PPE) is responsible for selling Ricoh's full suite of solutions portfolio, including Hardware, Software, and Professional Services, to Graphic Communications / Commercial Print accounts and Enterprise accounts.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a targeted customer strategy to penetrate and expand Ricoh's market share within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Align customer's business goals with Ricoh's Solutions portfolio to win new business.
  • Identify and pursue ZBA (zero base account) opportunities, including reference selling.
  • Manage, protect, and develop the territory base by analyzing and developing solutions for new and existing customer business communication requirements.
  • Acquire and grow client base by selling incremental solutions and services within new accounts.
  • Meet or exceed gross profit expectations within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and present benchmark demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions within the account assignment.
  • Retain and grow the current client base through customer satisfaction and selling incremental solutions and services.
  • Take ownership for the resolution of ongoing issues within an account assignment.
  • Maintain records of all account activity within Ricoh's sales database and CRM tool.


Hours: Full-time, standard business hours

Pay: Pay rate range between $85,000 to $90,000 annually, with commission eligibility


Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years business-to-business sales experience with 2 years of advanced selling assignments
  • Minimum of two (2) years Digital Printing and Solutions sales experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years successful track record in capital equipment sales in the Digital Printing Solutions and/or Graphic Communications Industry is preferred
