Are you a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a passion for respiratory care? Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a dedicated LVN to lead our Respiratory Program and make a difference in the lives of our residents.

Position: LVN - Respiratory Program Lead

• Lead and manage the Respiratory Program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.


• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care plans for residents.


• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


• Provide education and training to staff on respiratory care techniques and procedures.


• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory interventions and make adjustments as necessary.

• Current LVN license in the state of California.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LVN, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.


• Certification in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
