Job Description:

We are searching for a Customer Support Agent to join a growing team in Canonsburg! We are looking for somebody who has prior B2B customer service experience, a desire to advance within the organization, and strong communication skills. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with lots of growth potential!



Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails


• Assess and understand customer needs and expectations


• Process customers orders and service requests


• Act on technical advancement opportunities


• Follow up on service requests to ensure resolution


• Facilitate communications between customers, sales representatives, technicians and customer service representatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B customer service experience


• Ability to speak fluent French is a plus


• MS Office skills


• Possess a sense of resourcefulness and urgency


• Strong technology skills
