Manage leave administration to include FMLA, ADA, and disability programs.
Supports benefits administration to include enrollment, re-enrollment, education, claims resolution, change reporting and invoice reconciliation.
Some recruitment and onboarding for exempt and nonexempt personnel, and temporary employees.
Provide admin support for all areas of HR dept.
Performs employee transactions and maintenance in ADP Workforce Now.
Partners with management and employees regarding any employee relation issues including performance, corrective action, conflict resolution, counseling, performance, and terminations with direction from HR Manager.
Maintains employee records (employee status changes, pay rates, promotions, etc.). in a timely fashion.
Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements, clerical assistance in organization, accuracy, and maintenance of HR documents and confidential employee files.
Keeps up to date with process and procedures for all employee groups.
Assist with affirmative action program; filing of EEO-1 annual report, maintains and logs information to conform to EEO regulations.
Files and supports employee Worker Compensation claim submission and follow-up, as necessary
Participates in administrative staff meetings and other meetings and seminars as assigned.
Requirements:
***Minimum of 2+ years' of HR experience (with a variety of HR tasks - required
***Experience in at least 2 of the 3: LOA processing (MUST HAVE), onboarding and recruitment support
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or similar industry (strongly preferred unless experience is sufficient)
Experience with working in the healthcare industry (preferred)
Working knowledge and experience with ADP Workforce Now (modules and portal) (preferred)
Human Resources PHR or SHRM certification (preferred)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

Pay range: $60K-$70K depending on experience level
Schedule: flexible to work between 6am-6pm, core hours you must work 9am-3pm. Half day Fridays off by 12pm. You will need to determine your schedule before starting to ensure 40 hours per week are completed.
Location: 100% in office for training period in Bloomington, MN and then discuss options (must live in Minnesota)
