The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a(n) Global Logistics Performance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Apply sophisticated methodologies and utilize advanced tools to assess and interpret an array of global logistics performance metrics accurately, providing comprehensive insights into operational efficiency and effectiveness


• Lead the design and development of dynamic dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI that showcase key logistics KPIs in a visually compelling manner, empowering stakeholders with actionable intelligence for strategic decision-making


• Engage in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand requirements, and ensure that dashboarding initiatives align seamlessly with overarching business objectives


• Drive continuous improvement by proactively refining dashboarding tools and processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance usability and optimize performance monitoring


• Produce comprehensive reports and presentations that distill complex analysis into clear, concise narratives, offering strategic recommendations and actionable insights to drive tangible improvements in global logistics performance

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field or higher AND (5) years of job-related experience in logistics or supply chain analytics, reporting, dashboarding experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboarding platforms, with a solid understanding of business processes to present data for actionable insights


• Strong analytical skills, enabling the translation of complex data into meaningful and actionable insights that drive informed decision-making


• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective presentation of findings to stakeholders, bridging the gap between data analysis and business strategy


• Demonstrated expertise in handling large datasets and employing advanced data manipulation and modeling techniques to extract valuable insights


• Familiarity with logistics performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), coupled with the ability to develop and track them effectively within reporting and dashboarding systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
