Job Title: Locum Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Location: Blaine, MN


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


Responsibilities:

• Treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.


• Diagnose and treat work-related injuries.


• Perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for private companies and governmental agencies.


• Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.


• Oversee, collaborate with, and supervise any advanced practice providers in the clinic.


• Perform in-office procedures.


• Communicate with employers and provide medical guidance.


• Exhibit welcoming, skillful, and respectful behaviors at all times.


• Complete all documentation in a timely and appropriate manner.

Skills Required:

• Occupational Medicine Experience: 1+ years (highly desired)


• Proficiency in office-based procedures: 1+ years (required)


• DOT certification (nice to have)


• Urgent Care Experience: 1+ years (nice to have)


• Ability to treat autonomously (required)


• Board Certification: Highly Desired


• Board certification or eligibility in primary care or a related field (highly desired)
