Business Execution Consultant


Job Overview: seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support Customer Communications projects and initiatives within the Consumer Collections & Servicing (CCS) Business Implementation team. As a Business Execution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing change, resolving issues, and ensuring the success of business goals and objectives. If you have experience in updating customer communications, streamlining business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of implementing change and resolving issues.


• Collaborate with management at various levels to support Specialty Services, Pre-charge Off Collections, and/or Servicing Business groups under CCS.


• Participate in assigned and ongoing business operations.


• Identify areas for improvement within the defined scope of work.


• Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.


• Present recommendations for strategic approaches and business performance improvement opportunities.


• Provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations.


• Ensure business requirements for changes are tested and implemented flawlessly.


• Support initiatives impacting multiple processes or cross-functional teams.


• Design complex processes and procedures in consultation with experts within the business.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.


• Experience with updating customer communications/letters (essential).


• Streamlining and implementing new business processes.


• Strategy development and implementation.


• Ability to coordinate and execute projects.


• Strong understanding of business processes and their impacts.


• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a dynamic environment.


• Strong root cause analysis and solution implementation skills.


• CCS (Consumer Collections & Services) experience is a plus.


• Experience working with internal partners such as business operations, technology, and product teams.


• Customer communications experience is a plus.
