Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver high-quality tax services for clients operating in real estate and corporate sectors.
Collaborate effectively with team members and provide guidance and support to staff members in their professional growth.
Utilize your expertise in real estate partnership and corporate taxation to analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for tax optimization.
Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery and proactive communication.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
An active CPA license is required.
Extensive experience in Public Accounting is essential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate tax is preferred.
Strong proficiency in corporate taxation and partnership taxation.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
