Manufacturer located in the King of Prussia/Wayne area is looking to staff a Senior Tax Accountant/Analyst with proven experience. This role will consist of, filing tax provisions, assisting with tax compliance, preparing international tax reporting, and provide support with the tax planning process and M&A activities. We are looking for someone who can reconcile tax accounts, plan and ensure compliance with federal regulations, negotiate tax inquiries, and analyze tax withholdings.
Major Responsibilities • Perform tax research and analysis • Review financial tax implications • Prepare state income tax • Furnish income projections • Prepare sales/use tax reclassification journal entries • Maintain client accounts • Prepare tax basic balance sheets • Assist with provision calculations • Coordinate tax planning for M&A activities • Contribute to the external tax audit process
The ideal Senior Tax Accountant/Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Senior Tax Accountant/Analyst role include and are not limited to: • 2+ years experience in a large/medium Public or Corporate background • CPA preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel • International tax experience preferred • Provision calculation experience a PLUS • Excellent communication skills
