+ CAS Overview

At CCK Strategies, Client Advisory Services (CAS) is a division that provides financial preparation and advisory services from Controller to high-level CFO Consulting, including annual budgeting & monitoring, dashboard and insights, strategic planning, and cash ?ow management to inform business decision-making. Our growing CAS team currently consists of 15 individuals officed in Tulsa, Frisco, and remotely.

+ CAS Division Leader

CCK is looking for a CAS Division Leader responsible for the overall performance of the CAS Division, which includes leading the team's professional growth and development and leveraging talent for the team's overall performance. The Division Leader is responsible for creating, communicating, and executing strategic initiatives and operational transformations supporting new and different service lines and revenue growth: initiatives that support profitability and increased market share. Calculating pricing proposals, managing the division budget, and overseeing the well-being of the CAS client portfolio are among these duties. The Division Leader is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences that align with the firm's core values. This role also seeks new business and growing client relationships.

The Leader must possess the ability to conceive a growth strategy and execute upon that strategy to produce measurable results. The Division Leader is strategically minded and operationally focused on outcomes that solve big issues impacting the ?rm's success.

The accomplishments of the CAS Division Leader will be reconciled against three primary benchmarks: 1) The metrics in the ?rm's Operating Dashboard. 2) The ?rm's G.R.E.A.T. core values and the ?rm's commitment to professional development 3) The Responsibilities/Essential Functions listed below.

The CAS Division Leader works closely with other Division Leaders, Firm Management and Partners

+ Reporting

The CAS Division Leader reports to a CCK Partner on the Executive Team. The Executive Team meets monthly with all division leaders for ideas exchange, updates, and overall collaboration.

+ Essential Job Responsibilities
• Budgeting and profitability - develops and manages division budget, anticipates and communicates budget issues, provides solutions, identifies engagement profitability and billing improvement opportunities.
• Responsible for assigning client projects to CAS team members and monitoring the status of work deliverables and billing (WIP tracking).
• Leads the CAS Team to achieve the ?rm's goals for utilization, realization, and billable hours.
• Reviews CAS team member deliverables for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Performs billable work by providing valuable insight through analysis of client financial statements.
• Maximizes business development opportunities through new or existing contacts and builds relationships across lines of business to ensure client service excellence through an integrated service approach.
• Anticipates problems/issues and keeps partner-in-charge/manager informed of engagement status.
• Manage client relationships, resolve complex issues, and provide strategic financial insights.
• Talent recruitment - collaborates with the recruitment team by providing essential direction on sourcing and identifying candidates who align with the firm's upward growth trajectory.
• Team leadership - coach, train, and support team members in client services, client relations, and technical professional development.
• Conducts periodic evaluations of all members of the CAS team and manages their professional development, including creating team SMART Goals.
• Shares and transfers knowledge with team members and develops a network of resources within the firm to facilitate the information sharing.
• Develops and maintains technical knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations pertaining to accounting services.
• Experienced in QBO, Sage Intact, and various payroll software to train team members and clients as needed. Seeks automated solutions for efficiency and cost savings in CAS services.
• Provides directive candor - caring personally and challenging directly - to the CAS Team Leaders and their direct reports to demonstrate the ?rm's "caring completely" model and ensure a healthy level of accountability.

+ Education and Experience
• CPA preferred, with a minimum 7 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7+ years accounting experience
• Public Accounting experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years people management skills
• Technical knowledge in accounting and business management software, e.g., QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online and Sage Intact
