As the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence within our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, safety, and team leadership. The keys to success will be a proven track record in plant management, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team while leveraging available resources available.
HSE Systems and Culture:
Assure our safety standards are monitored and maintained and engage all site personnel in this requirement.
Maintain key focus on leading indicators (SMAT, Near Miss and Unsafe Conditions, Risk Assessment coverage amount others)
MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in managing all aspects of Plant Operations, including Production, Quality Control, Safety, and Team Leadership.
Experience in Plant Management, Safety, and Quality.
Experience in managing Industrial Efficiency Pillar and Mentor the WCM Coordinator.
