Hybrid Schedule - One week onsite / one week remote;

Requirements:
1 year customer contact in financial services
6 months experience within investment/brokerage/trade/wealth management/trust- STRONGLY PREFERRED
This is NOT a call center position - this is providing customer support primarily through case review and email responses
Must have strong written and verbal communication
Ideal candidates come from the following backgrounds: trade support, underwriting/loan handling specifically with jumbo loans, wealth management complaint/resolution positions
