WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As our Rental / Service Coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’. Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental service and sales by phone and in person, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, keep our business systems up to date, work with the Service team to ensure fleet readiness, and more! To thrive in this role, you must be a detail person, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a winning attitude.
This team member will work Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Compensation: $20-23/hr (Depending on Experience)
