Job Title: PharmD - Clinical Support Specialist



Position Type: Full-time, On-call/PRN



Travel: Heavy travel required



Training: Virtual training for up to 2 weeks



Job Purpose:



The PharmD will play a crucial role in providing scientific information, clinical education, and training to customers. This position involves coordinating site visits, preparing educational content, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.



Essential Activities, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site visit deployment based on customer request


• Prepare detailed reports for each customer site visit


• Facilitate projects and programs, including company-sponsored clinical trials


• Recognize adverse events and submit reports to Drug Safety within 24 hours


• Convey medical information to external stakeholders, clinical providers, and internal teams


• Train sales and marketing teams on pharmaceutical aspects


• Provide scientific/medical support for health care professionals

Secondary Activities:

• Maintain expertise in CEUS (Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound) through scientific journals and meetings


• Participate in special projects assigned by the Department Head or supervisor

Education and Experience:

• PharmD degree


• 3-6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience


• 2-3 years of clinical experience (a plus)


• Strong investigation, analytical, and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and technical writing abilities


• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology


• Ability to work in dynamic interdisciplinary team situations


• Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Proficiency in clinical research, data analysis, public speaking, and relationship-building
