My client is a leading MTA / NYCT General Contractor with offices across Queens & Manhattan. They have consistently delivered projects for New York City public agencies at values ranging from $30M - $300M.



Your new role


Due to project mobilization ramp up in Major MTA Station ADA projects in NY, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to help them deliver a major station redevelopment in Manhattan. As the Superintendent, you will manage and drive the project schedule and take responsibility for safety. You will manage client stakeholders, labor teams, union workers and subcontractors, ensuring the project is safe and delivered to the highest standards.



What you'll need to succeed


  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or relevant experience.

  • 5+ years of professional experience with a heavy civil general contractor.

  • Experience of delivering ADA / MTA / LIRR / Subway / NYCT projects in NYC.

  • Experience with ADA / accessibility projects.

  • Ability to manage union and subcontractor teams.

  • Complete projects to the highest standards.
