ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work onsite at our client's location in Sandy, UT. As a Tech Support Specialist, you are a central point of contact for our customers. You start your day by checking your inbox for new support tickets and effectively prioritizing your tasks. You thoroughly assist clients through their installation of power and energy metering devices, ensuring they receive the data they need for energy management.

Throughout the day, you provide expert advice on safety protocols and troubleshoot technical issues related to power and energy concepts. Your focus is on offering exceptional customer service while balancing multiple tasks effectively. No matter the question or the issue, you genuinely demonstrate active listening techniques and show every client the empathy they deserve.

You must meet the following requirements to qualify for this dynamic role:
• 2+ years of experience in technical support roles, preferably within the IoT or energy management sector
• Strong understanding of power and energy concepts with proven troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Swagger, APIs, Webhooks, JSON data, and Postman
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Tools, Sharepoint, and Confluence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and multitask effectively
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
