As a Facilities Maintenance Lead for TQL, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our premises, including but not limited to buildings, equipment, and grounds. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for our employees, visitors, and clients.

What you’ll be doing:
Help supervise a team of maintenance technicians providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Manage maintenance for all Cincinnati offices, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, workstations, office furniture, carpentry, and painting
Assist other departments in the setup and tear down for company events, meetings, and other company functions within TQL facilities
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history
Work with hand and power tools, applying mathematics, basic carpentry and preventative/predictive maintenance as needed
Transport equipment between satellite offices via car, vans, and trucks (non CDL)
Work from elevated areas using ladders, platforms and scaffolding
What you need:
3+ years' experience in leading general maintenance projects or team members
Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including hands-on experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of maintenance professionals
Valid Driver’s License
Self-motivated with ability to work alone to produce results
Disciplined work style with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule with 24/7/365 availability as needed in urgent situations
