The Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced business leader to join our team as the President of Clinical Integration. In this role you will lead our transition into Value-Based Care while maintaining the excellence of our Fee-for-Service operations. You'll be the architect of our clinical integration strategy, designing and implementing innovative programs that enhance patient outcomes and drive the efficiency of our care delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead day to day RPM and CCM Operations.
Lead the development and implementation of our Value-Based Care initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and healthcare industry standards.
Oversee the integration of clinical services across RPM, CCM, and VBC models, fostering a seamless care delivery experience for our patients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative clinical programs and services that enhance patient care and outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in clinical operations, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and program enhancements.
Prepare and mentor our clinical team for the evolving landscape of healthcare, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy and operational excellence.
