Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced solutions skill services such as configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, and training.
• Lead technical problem-solving efforts and seek volume-building opportunities.
• Manage workload effectively, maintain productive customer relationships, and meet administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage.
• High school diploma required, with desired experience in computers, electronics, mechanics, basic network, and printing software applications.
• Meet requirements outlined in the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program.
