Job Description:

As a Technology Service Support Rep, you'll play a vital role in servicing and repairing company products and systems at customer locations within a specific geographic area.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and experience level.
• Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in servicing and repairing equipment, including diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits.
• Actively drive revenue-generating opportunities through supply leads, contract sales, and network support.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Interact with external customers to determine service needs and provide technical assistance.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times, contributing positively to the team.

Hours: Full-time position, typical business hours with occasional flexibility required.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman level technical knowledge typically gained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
