Job Description:

As a Product/Services Solutions Specialist, you'll work independently to provide technical expertise and training in servicing various business support areas. Responsibilities:

• Provide product specialist solution services including configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, maintaining, and training.
• Perform a full range of product repair, customer training, equipment observation, and problem-solving to improve methods.
• Proactively seek opportunities to increase the utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel, anticipating and managing customer needs.
• Manage workload effectively, including time and schedule management, and execute required workload management procedures.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including maintaining required logs and reports.
• Achieve expected productivity levels and actively participate in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid state driver's license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy.
• High school diploma required; completed classes and experience in computers, electronics, mechanics, basic network, and printing software application desired.
• Meets the requirements listed in the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program for the assigned role as defined by the manager.
