Job Description:

Ricoh is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Hospitality and Event Team Lead in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage services to clients, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with various office services. Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent and high-quality food and beverage set up/service to clients.
• Coordinate meeting rooms and events, ensuring excellent and professional client service at all times.
• Assist with office services such as reception, courier services, mail, and administrative work.
• Train team members on responsibilities and tasks associated with the position.
• Set up and break down conference rooms according to event orders, maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Assemble and arrange conference equipment per event requirements.
• Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages, following hygienic procedures.
• Manage conference/hospitality calendar, greet clients and guests, and assist with various office tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and office areas, including trash removal and restocking supplies.
• Perform general clerical, copy center, mail, and delivery duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field such as events, hotel, or banquet coordination.
• Previous training experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Customer-facing work experience required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively in a team environment.
