Responsibilities:
Perform product specialist solution skill services, including configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, maintaining, and training in assigned areas of expertise.
Conduct full range of product repair, customer training, equipment observation, and problem-solving to enhance productivity.
Proactively identify volume-building opportunities to increase Ricoh equipment, supplies, and service utilization.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel, anticipating and managing customer needs effectively.
Manage workload by scheduling and executing tasks efficiently, adhering to field call management requirements.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including maintaining logs, reports, and inventory records.
Achieve expected productivity levels and actively participate in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining technical products.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to share solutions to improve methods.
Proven ability to work independently, managing time effectively and demonstrating proficiency across a range of products and environments.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
Ability to maintain a car stock and/or customer on-site inventory as assigned.
Previous experience in a technical support role preferred.
