Job Description:

As a Technology Service Support Representative, you'll service and repair a variety of company products at customer locations, contributing to Ricoh's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve productivity goals associated with assigned workload.
  • Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships effectively.
  • Drive revenue opportunities through sales leads and contracts.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in diagnostics, installations, and repairs.
  • Manage territory by executing territory management procedures and working closely with sales partners.
  • Interact with customers to determine service needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide technical assistance to other technicians.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Maintain a "car stock" inventory.


Qualifications:

  • Requires journeyman level technical knowledge and 2+ years of related experience.
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and maintain minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
