Responsibilities:

• Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and experience level.
• Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships effectively.
• Actively pursue revenue-generating opportunities through various sales leads.
• Demonstrate technical expertise by performing diagnostics, installations, and repairs on assigned equipment.
• Effectively manage territory by executing territory management procedures and working closely with sales partners.
• Interact with external customers to determine service needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance to less experienced technicians.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Requires journeyman level technical knowledge typically gained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and maintain minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
• Strong technical and customer relation skills required.
