Job Description:

At Louisville East Post Acute we work together as a Team in our family orientated facility and are looking to work with a Human Resources (HR)/ Payroll Specialist who will share in our high level of commitment to our Residents.

As the HR/Payroll Specialist we are looking for:

• HR experience in a skilled nursing facility


• Payroll experience (Workday preferred)


• Recruiting and onboarding experience


• Desire to provide candidates with a good experience through our orientation processes
