Job Description:

Full Time 36 hours, Day Shift
Shift: 9 hour shifts
Start Times: Variable , starting at 7am.

Qualifications

What you need:

• BSN required, MSN preferred


• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required


• Applicable certification required within 1 year of hire


• BLS for Healthcare Providers and ACLS required


• 3-5 years experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry environment required


• Prior experience in a Pain Management/Interventional Pain Setting-required.


• Excellent patient assessment skills


• Excellent critical thinking skills


• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with patients, staff and providers to support operational goals


• Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients


• Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities


• Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
