Sales Representative - Application and Solution Partners





Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the healthcare industry. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our platform software to value-added resellers (VARs) who specialize in developing innovative solutions for healthcare organizations. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with VARs, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive new business growth
  • Identify and prioritize potential VAR partners based on their capabilities, market presence, and alignment with our software solutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and consistently updating the CRM system.


Relationship Building and Account Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with VARs, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand the unique needs of VARs and healthcare organizations to effectively position our platform software as a solution that addresses their challenges and drives value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with VAR partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.


New Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with VARs in the healthcare industry.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, enabling you to position our software as a cutting-edge solution.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your network and generate new leads.


Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from customers and prospects to contribute to the continuous improvement of our software offerings and sales strategies.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new VAR partners to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of our software.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the healthcare industry, preferably selling platform software to VARs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, including an understanding of healthcare IT systems, interoperability, and industry regulations.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with VARs specializing in healthcare software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with VAR partners and attend industry events.
