Principal Surveyor at Hoyle, Tanner and Associates, Inc. in Concord, New Hampshire

Job Description:

Hoyle Tanner has an immediate full-time, year-round position for a Principal Surveyor in our Concord, NH location. In this role you will:

• Manage small, medium, and large scale development projects from conception through construction.
• Design engineer / project manager on local road, state highways, and commercial and residential development projects.
• Conduct Municipal engineering inspections of new road construction
• Provide coordination on construction phase of road and building construction projects.
• Perform project management, including management of budget, scope and schedule for small, moderate and large land survey projects
• Management of project staff and clients
• Performance and/or oversight of surveying calculations
• Analysis and interpretation of public records research, including deeds, plans and other pertinent documents for the project
• Review and certify work that staff has completed with a highlevel of precision and accuracy
• Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
• Coordination of field crews and survey technician
• Perform field checks and manage quality control
• Coordinate survey efforts with other groups in an integrated services environment

• LLS, PLS, CWS
• Bachelor Degree
• Valid Driver License
• 15+ years of relevant experience
