Primary Duties:
Manage and build client relationships
Review federal & state tax returns and research of staff
Training and mentoring of staff
Assist with the preparation of complex tax returns and tax research
Recognize, anticipate and provide resolutions on tax issues
Represent clients before taxing authorities in audits, disputes, and notice resolution
Required Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting required with a minimum of 5 years experience in tax with a public accounting firm or internal tax department
CPA certification required
Ability to identify and mitigate tax risks; experience in tax research; high level of attention to detail
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Possess the ability to self-motivate, work with a sense of urgency, and prioritize tasks
